At the Cowley County Humane Society, we believe that every animal deserves a chance at a happy and fulfilling lives life. We provide each animal with nutritious food, essential medical care, comfortable housing, love, compassion and care for their overall well-being.

We do this with the combined aide of the City of Arkansas City, City of Winfield, Cowley County Board of Commissioners, as well as donors, volunteers, fosters, employees and out Cowley County Humane Society Board.
